MINDFUL
MOVEMENT

Liz integrates her years of knowledge as a massage therapist as well as her martial arts training to create a fitness class for all bodies.  Mindful Movement is an information session and gentle physical activity class designed for individuals looking to improve their health through intentional exercise.  Part of the class will focus on the theory of Qi and the Five Elements according to Eastern Medicine. The second half of the session will involve stretching, strengthening, meditation and basic Qi Gong.  All exercises can be modified to fit the needs of the person. 

The next session for Mindful Movement starts Wednesday March 4th at 11:00 at Kingston Martial Arts Academy 618 Ulster Ave. Kingston, NY. The classes take place over a 6 week period. The fee is $25 per class. Please text or e-mail to sign up. Drop-ins welcome.
